• Eligible Models & Purchase Window: Participation is strictly limited to customers who have purchased qualifying models—specifically X700, E80, E70, H80 Series, E600 PRO, K160, 460A, and 420A—within one (1) year of their official purchase date.
• Per-Unit Extension Limit: Warranty extension benefit is limited strictly to one (1) extension per qualifying chair. Duplicate submissions or multiple applications for the same item/serial number will be rejected.
• Processing Timeline: Submissions will be evaluated by our team. Applicants will receive an official status update regarding their warranty extension approval via email within five (5) business days upon receipt of complete documentation.
• Compliance with Disclosure Laws: In compliance with applicable consumer transparency and advertising regulations, participants must include mandatory disclosure tags such as #promotion, #ad, or an equivalent designation in their local language within the published content.
• Modification Rights: MUSSO reserves the right to amend, update, suspend, or terminate the terms, parameters, or eligibility requirements of this Extended Warranty Program at any time, with or without prior notice, at its absolute discretion.
• Binding Decision: MUSSO reserves the final right of interpretation regarding all aspects of this program, including applicant eligibility, content validity, and warranty approval. All decisions made by MUSSO are final and legally binding.
