This lumbar support can be adjusted up and down, forward and backward, it's perfect! Adjusting it forward allows it to fit snugly against my lower back! So comfortable!

Wow! Working everyday seated for 12hrs, I deserved this 😍. I made the right decision! I’m only 4’11 but this fits right for my size. Not exaggerating but the first time I tried it, it’s so comforting. Easy to install with the video provided in here. No foot rest but it doesn’t matter. Worth your money!
