As a plus size, I often have to change my office chairs. This one's the sturdiest I've had so far. Even its legs are made out of steel! I appreciate the labels that made the set-up much easier. The adjustable head rest, arm rest and lumbar support were all great features—sulit na sulit! Even the design of the included wrench was very thoughtful, ang daling gamitin at hindi masakit sa kamay 'yung pag-ikot compared sa ibang nagamit ko na dati.
Fits my budget. Received intact box with no damaged or missing parts. Was delivered on the third attempt. The two previous failed because courier ran out of time. Sturdy chair. Easy to assemble with simple instructions provided that a smart 10 yr old can follow. Highly recommended.
